The sauna arrives as pre-assembled panels and can be assembled by two people in 2 to 3 hours using the included assembly instructions. A roofing kit is included for outdoor installation. A dedicated 240V / 30A NEMA 6-20P circuit is required for the sauna heater — installation by a licensed electrician is required. The inflatable barrel sets up in 15 minutes and requires no special wiring — connect your chosen chiller via the included quick-connect hoses and plug into any standard 110V outlet. Clean the cartridge filter and washable mesh pre-filter every 4 to 6 weeks and drain and fully clean the chiller at least once a year. Core and Apex models include a built-in ozone generator that continuously sanitizes the water between manual cleanings. When not in use, deflate the barrel and store in the included carrying bag.

The sauna is delivered curbside on a wooden pallet by scheduled appointment. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and require prior approval before anything is sent back.
