User instructions

For cold therapy, place the sleeve in the freezer for 2 or more hours and apply to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes. For hot therapy, microwave according to the included instructions, typically 30 to 60 seconds, and test the temperature before applying. Apply to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes.
