Professional installation is included with every XS1 Flow purchase and coordinated by our team prior to delivery. Ensure adequate space and a stable level floor surface are available before the installation appointment. A 12-month membership is required at purchase and activates when your device ships, giving you and up to 4 family members access to all Strength, SkiCross, Cardio, and WaterSports classes with daily and weekly AI-generated performance summaries. Download the OxeFit app on iOS or Android to track progress and access your personalized daily workouts. Optional remote platform training with a certified OxeFit trainer is available and can be added at any time.

36-month warranty on the frame. 12-month warranty on moving parts, accessories, electronics, and labor. Covers manufacturing defects under normal residential consumer use. The OxeFit XS1 is intended for consumer use only. Commercial purchasers should contact support@marterraelements.com before ordering, as using a consumer unit in a commercial setting will void both the membership license and warranty.

OxeFit ships within the United States only, with typical lead times of 1 to 3 weeks from order date depending on location. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico should reach out to support@marterraelements.com prior to purchasing as shipping costs vary by region.

Purchasing the XS1 with accessories requires a 12-month membership commitment. Membership activates at the time of shipment and can be renewed or discontinued at the end of the term.

If your XS1 is not performing to specifications, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. The unit must be in working condition with no visible damage to the machine, accessories, or components. OxeFit will retain return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee, and additional charges may apply for damage, abnormal wear, or missing parts. Any damage found during assessment will affect the refund amount and may void the 3-year limited warranty. Before a return can be scheduled, a minimum of 5 photos of the unit are required.
