Charge fully via USB-C before first use; a full charge takes 4 or more hours and delivers 3 to 4 sessions. Wrap the device around the target area and secure with the adjustable velcro strap. Select your brightness level, 100% or 50%, and the built-in 20-minute timer will automatically end the session. The wrap can be used on any part of the body from head to toe. Avoid direct eye exposure. For facial use, close your eyes, use 50% intensity, and consider a shorter 5 to 10-minute session. If you have light sensitivity, sensitive skin, or a darker skin tone, complete the light sensitivity test in the user guide before your first full session. Clean with a disinfectant wipe after use and air dry away from direct sunlight. Safe for use on pets; position gently and monitor throughout the session.
