Charge fully via USB-C before first use; a full charge takes approximately 4 to 4.5 hours and delivers 3 to 4 sessions. Place the wrap with direct skin contact over the target joint and secure with the adjustable strap. Select your brightness level, 100% or 50%, and activate the optional vibration massage if desired. The built-in 20-minute timer will automatically end the session. The wrap can also be used on other limbs and joints. Avoid direct eye exposure. For facial use, close your eyes, use 50% intensity, and consider a shorter 5 to 10-minute session. If you have light sensitivity, sensitive skin, or a darker skin tone, complete the light sensitivity test in the user guide before your first full session. Clean with a disinfectant wipe after use and air dry away from direct sunlight. Pet use is recommended only under veterinarian guidance.
